    1. We were Very Lucky - it turned out to be the very last day of Cherry Blossoms, it rained and sleeted the very next day and they were all gone (though my hubby nabbed some petals for an Easter Surprise you will see soon :)

    1. Thank You Brian - Its a Beautiful story because later when some of the Japanese trees died in Japan, they were able to get cuttings to replenish their stock in Japan. Its also really incredible that this beautiful gift of cherry trees from Japan survived WWII. Its a very inspiring and magical sight
